The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be picked up by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; Otherwise, a €150 waste management charge will apply.
